These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BN555 platform. Please read them carefully and in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing BN555, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and BN555 (hereinafter "BN555", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the BN555 website located at https://bn555.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.
By creating an account, accessing any part of the BN555 platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or otherwise using the services offered, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on BN555. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. BN555 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. BN555 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify BN555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at the email address stated in Section 17.
You are required to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to your personal details, residential address or contact information must be updated promptly. BN555 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be classified as dormant in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your Account. Administrative fees may apply in accordance with published operator policies.
BN555 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures as part of its compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at account registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by BN555 or applicable compliance requirements.

BN555 reserves the right to place a hold on any pending withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
All bets placed on BN555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that bet type. BN555 publishes betting rules for each sport and game category within the platform.
Odds quoted on BN555 are presented in decimal format by default. Odds and market availability may change without notice prior to the commencement of an event. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference from the platform. BN555 shall not be liable for any technical error that prevents a bet from being placed.
BN555 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations or postponements, match-fixing investigations, or any other circumstance where the integrity of the market has been materially compromised.
Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to delay in acceptance and may be suspended at any time. BN555 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets during any event. Bets placed on live markets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets except where specific live-betting rules apply.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures displayed on BN555 are theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wagering period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by BN555 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. Real-money funds and bonus funds are typically kept separate; real funds are used before bonus funds unless specified otherwise.
BN555 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be claimed by Players who have applied for self-exclusion or whose accounts are under review. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.
Bonus funds not used or wagering requirements not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. BN555 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Players may deposit funds into their BN555 Account using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of deposit.
BN555 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of payment types Pakistani users may recognise. BN555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, system upgrades or circumstances beyond BN555's reasonable control. BN555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BN555 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BN555's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. BN555 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, comply with these Terms, or understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating.
BN555 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of BN555's Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
You may request closure of your BN555 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 8 and subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus funds not yet converted to real money will be forfeited upon closure.
BN555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, suspected money laundering, provision of false information or engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10.
Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination — including Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following closure of your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable international jurisdiction under which BN555 operates. BN555 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani domestic law.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact BN555 customer support in the first instance to seek resolution. BN555 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, further escalation procedures will be communicated to the Player at that time.
